Here are some pictures from the week... it's been a fun and not too crazy week!

We took a much needed picnic to a field by our house. We read our books (Mackenzie ate hers) and relaxed and ate and talked and played with the camera. It was a really fun and restful day!
On Saturday we surprised Maribeth with a baby shower at Jen's house... she was surprised! Yeah!!!

Mackenzie called Ella before the shower and asked if they could wear their matching outfits... don't they look so cute!
Marie did an incredible job with decorating two beautiful cakes!

We put her in a flower girl dress and she looked so pretty....
... although the bride did far surpass her! (Andrew, this isn't the dress she's getting... just didn't want you to worry that you had seen something you shouldn't have!)

Ladies and Gentleman... we have a new trick! Mackenzie can actually get up off her belly... with help, that is... but still... she can hold her belly up off the ground for a few seconds now and we're so excited about it! (Maybe crawling won't be impossible for the pudgemiester!)
Our friends Shana and Elise visited today and I just love the expression Elise is making in this picture... it looks like she's says "Sheesh, what's with that?"
