Pictures From My Lovely Sister's Wedding

Here are pictures from the wonderful wedding! Mr. and Mrs. Dimarcangelo hosted a very nice rehearsal dinner at Easton Bible Church before we headed over to Fellowship Baptist Church for the wedding rehearsal.

It was such a treat that my Aunt Linda (my dad's sister, can you tell??) made it in time for the rehearsal dinner. She helped me with Mackenzie so I didn't miss the entire night and it was just so good to see her since I haven't seen her since my own wedding!

Uncle Andrew lovin' on the tired, little flower girl...

We got up at 4 a.m. to go get our hair done. I love that Amy wore her hair down, it looked gorgeous and it made her the most stunning bride I've ever seen... just the right amount of make up and natural beauty... she was striking!I love this picture of her running to get in the limo... this is the moment when I feel like the day became a blur... I don't remember anything from the limo ride till the end of the reception (except for a few highlights from the ceremony, like the way Amy looked walking down the aisle and Andrew forgetting his own name for the vows!)

See what I mean... she is just so pretty. Her make up was perfect, just enough to make her beautiful features stand out. Her hair was perfect for her dress and veil. The jewelry my dad got her was perfect for the dress too... everything was just PERFECT!

Her dress was so simple (per Andrew's request... he doesn't like lace) but made her look so elegant. Her flowers were beautiful, I'm not sure who made them, but she had three really amazing ladies from our church help her with all her flowers.

I think this picture is so cute... it's my mom and Mrs. Miller peeking out to see the church filling up with people. They were so anxious to start!

I love this picture too of Amy kissing Mackenzie. She was such a good little flower (or "un"flower girl... she couldn't carry any flowers because even walking was a stretch!). She held Stephen and Emily's hands and walked very slowly down the aisle until she got about half way down and then she just stopped and refused to keep going. The each gave her a little tug, but she just kept trying to sit down and wouldn't take another step. Uncle Stephen was prepped for a situation like this and did what any good uncle would do... he scooped her up and carried her down the rest of the way and into the waiting arms of Mrs. Chung! The crowd clapped and cheered... they were both adorable!

She liked walking around with one shoe on and one shoe off afterwards.

She got "swarmed" afterwards by all the "loving littles" (as Jake and I refer to the four youngest cousins as... they can't get enough of Mackenzie) They are so sweet with her, even if she doesn't realize it. She needs to grow in patience with all the love she recieves (and so does Mommy!)

I love this picture of Amy and my dad!! They danced to a beautiful version of "Isn't She Lovely"... it was really sweet!
Amy designed this cake herself. It was so pretty and fit her black, white, and red theme perfectly. The whole wedding was so pretty, she worked so hard and it all paid off!

This is basically all they did ALL day... from the moment my dad said, "You may now kiss the bride" they did not stop smooching!
I hope these pictures give you a little taste of the day! God was so kind and held off the rain for all the important parts. There were only two glitches I'm aware of, her bouquet was dropped before she went down the aisle (but was easy to fix and looked beautiful still) and their limo was 45 mins. late... the same thing happened at our wedding which is kinda weird. They were totally chill about it though and just hang out smooching each other and saying goodbye to their guests. It was a wonderful, wonderful day and now they are having a wonderful time in Orlando as Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Dimarcangelo!! (It is still kinda weird to get used to saying Amy Dimarcangelo, I didn't even think about her last name changing until I saw it on Facebook and it hit me like a brick in the head!)
